How does your fridge look right now? Sadly, mine looks pretty pathetic: bottled water, array of sauces and no food to put them on! Not a smart situation considering the ice, sleet and snow that decided to visit Dallas last night (spring, we are ready for you!). My lack of fridge aesthetic has me wondering if I could ever pull off a glass refrigerator. I often wonder if I am up to the effort. I also know I would shamelessly buy an abundance of produce and untasty health food strictly for viewing purposes. I also know that the produce would no doubt go untouched and would eventually find it’s way in the trash.  But I do eat healthy, really!

The problem is that I love glass door refrigerators. I think they are smart, sleek, and intriguing. They can add a bit of an industrial feel into a kitchen. They can also be unexpectedly pretty. A light reflection of glass that can really make a kitchen feel more inviting.
